New Tottenham Hotspur Home Kit 2010/2011

New Tottenham Home Kit 2010 2011

Tottenham Hotspur have released their new home kit for the 2010/2011 season. And here it is. Gone is the bizarre, un-Spurs like yellow trim of last season, replaced with a more traditional white and navy blue colour scheme. Also gone are Mansion, the online gaming company that sponsored Tottenham since 2006. They are replaced by Autonomy, a software infrastructure company that signed a two-year, £2o million deal with the White Hart Lane outfit, announced earlier this month.

This is a kit that, in my opinion, would have looked brilliant without a shirt sponsor. The minimalist design by Puma is aesthetically really nice, and would have looked lovely without the giant sponsor taking up the majority of the shirt’s front. As it is the kit is still pretty nice, with the slanting navy blue upper body strip providing something different and fresh from the norm. So to me it is still, all in all, one of the nicer kits I’ve seen this pre-season. 7.5/10
