Introducing Just Football TV – Football Highlights Galore

As you may or may not have noticed we have been running a new video feature down the sidebar of late. Well, now is the time to formally introduce Just-Football TV, a new section on the site we hope you will enjoy.

Hidden somewhere deep amidst the colossal, maze-like pixellated jungle that is Youtube I’ve become increasingly aware lately that there are some absolute gems out there as far as football videos go. I’m not talking about the 30 second clips of some guy in his living room scoring a 65-yard free kick with Roberto Carlos on Pro Evolution Soccer to the tune of Nirvana’s ‘Rape Me’. I mean rather, the readily available highlights of classic matches, goals and events that either shaped the world of football or simply provided a fascinating spectacle.

The idea of Just-Football TV is to periodically update the right hand sidebar with highlights that will hopefully prove interesting and entertaining. Usually the clips will be topical, so for example last week we posted up highlights of Brazil vs Argentina in the 2007 Copa America final, but other times we will dig into the archives to find something completely random. I thought it would be a good idea to quickly alert you all via a proper post on this, and to say that if you yourself find a classic football clip on Youtube, involving football from any part of the world and from any era, don’t hesitate to drop us a line either via an email or a message in these here comments. Depending on how it goes I may also add up the links from previous clips on Just-Football TV to this page for easy access.

NOTE: Depending on your internet browser you might not be able to see Just-Football TV down the sidebar. I know older versions of Internet Explorer have problems, for example. To reiterate we recommend Mozilla Firefox as the best browser with which to view Just-Football.com and wholeheartedly recommend IE users to upgrade as it is simply a better web browser, in our humble opinion of course.
